We are proud to offer a unique and superior pork program, born from the rich tradition of Hutterite farming. Our heritage breed pork is raised without antibiotics, ensuring a healthier and more sustainable product.

Our Hutterite farmers take immense pride in their hogs, carefully selecting and cultivating their own grains – including wheat and barley – for feed. The pigs receive only the finest, nutrient rich feeds, resulting in exceptional marbling and flavor.

We believe that patience is a virtue, especially when raising exceptional pork. The hogs are never rushed to finish, are not crated, and have plenty of room to roam. Our slower finishing process allows the pigs to mature naturally and develop a more complex, nuanced flavor.
