The traditional standard of chops these center cut bone-in chops are the perfect size for all. Cut at 1 1/2″ thick these chops will grill to perfection while remaining juicy and tender. With the added flavor imparted by the bone you will want to only lightly season them to enhance the natural flavor. As with all our chops and steaks you can special order any thickness.
