Also known as the “Tomahawk Cut” this steak takes the bone in Rib Eye to a whole new level. Frankly, you won’t have a plate big enough to corral this critter. So we recommend after grilling serving it on a cedar plank with a pinch of Pink Himalayan salt and pepper, a twice baked spud and some roasted asparagus.
