Our “Big Sky” boneless ham with its Maple and brown sugar glaze will be sure to delight. All of our hams are made the traditional way and only cut from the hind leg. They are wet cured adding just enough seasoning to bring out the natural flavor of the Kurobuta Pork and giving it a mild juicy flavor. Finally we pre-cook it using Hickory wood to give it that additional depth of flavor and a golden finish.
As with all our naturally smoked products we recommend that you re-heat your “Big Sky Ham” in an oven at 325 degrees for approximately 20 -25 minutes or to an internal temperature of 135 – 150 degrees which will bring out your ham’s sweet juicy flavor.
